📦 Returns

We accept returns within **5 days** of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

💸 Refund

Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product arrives **damaged or defective**
- There is a **quality issue** with the item

Once we inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If the mistake is ours  (wrong item, wrong size, defective product):
✅ Exchange is  FREE — we cover all delivery charges

If the exchange is customer-requested  (change of mind, wrong size ordered):
📦 A delivery charge of  Rs. 249 will be applicable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after 5 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags or packaging
